heh its been a while since ive had a chance to write a proper description.. too bad its after the DD. This is loosely based around human evolution, something i think about quite a bit. I've had this idea for ages and finally got the motivation to make it for the contest. I used both photomanipulation and 3D (for the middle figure and the reflections of it). Yeah thats about all. and thanks so much to kire and archanN for the DD!!

ps. if u wanna use it as your background, center the image and set the bg colour to black

This is beautiful! I think it is a great way to show the human evolution. But at the same time terrifying to know we are observed in this sense.

The last cylinder reminds me a bit of the Guild Ambassador from Dune. The entire image is beautiful, but makes me feel a little hopeless. Perhaps its meant to.
